✅ Must be 21+ to attend (valid ID required).
✅ Arrive 10 minutes early for check-in.
✅ No outside food or drinks allowed.

📍 Oculus World Trade Center Mall, 185 Greenwich St, New York, NY 10006.
✅ Meet our usher at Greenwich Street above ground for directions.

🚶 Walking in? Our usher will be outside 30 minutes prior to event start.
🚇 Nearest subway: A train to **Fulton Street**.

🎟 **Advance registration is required** to ensure a smooth check-in process.

✅ Arrive 15-30 minutes early for check-in.
✅ Guests must check in with our usher before heading to the studio.
🚨 **Late arrivals:** We may not be able to assist you in catching up, and no refunds or reschedules will be provided.

✔️ A primed **11x14" gallery-wrapped canvas**
✔️ A **tabletop easel** for easy painting
✔️ A set of **five brushes** in various sizes
✔️ A custom **paint palette** with matching colors
✔️ Access to our **full acrylic paint collection (14 colors)**
🎭 Some specialty events may include additional materials or lightboard tracing.

✅ We provide aprons, but **acrylic paint is permanent** once dry.
✅ We recommend wearing something you **don’t mind getting paint on**.
✅ **Personal belongings:** Collect all items before leaving. Art & Wine NYC is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

🔹 **24+ hours' notice:** Cancellations will receive a **store credit** valid for 30 days.
🔹 **One reschedule per reservation** is allowed. A second cancellation results in forfeiting the credit.
🔹 **Less than 24 hours' notice or no-show:** No refund or credit will be issued.
🔹 **Custom events are non-refundable** and cannot be rescheduled.

✅ If a class has **low reservations**, we may cancel or merge sessions (guests will be notified by 9 PM the night before).
✅ If a session is canceled, **store credit** will be issued for another event within 30 days.
🚨 Reservation fees **do not include food or drinks**. If the venue's kitchen or bar is unavailable, refunds will not be issued.
